QuizRevolt ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (collectively, the "Policy") outlines the categories of data we collect, the purposes for which it is processed, the methods of storage, and the rights and responsibilities of users of the QuizRevolt mobile application (the "App"). Authentication and Account Data

To provide secure authentication, QuizRevolt integrates with third-party authentication providers, specifically Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In.

• Google Sign-In: When authenticating via Google, we collect your email address and username.
• Apple Sign-In: When authenticating via Apple, we collect your email address only.

Information We Collect

In addition to the authentication data described above, QuizRevolt collects the following information:

• IP Address: We collect and store your Internet Protocol (IP) address each time you log in. This is used for account security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
• Usage Data: Information about your interaction with the App, including quiz progress, preferences, and study metrics.

Purpose and Use of Data

All data collected is processed for the following purposes:

• To enable and secure user authentication.
• To personalize your App experience, including progress tracking and study streak features.
• To improve the functionality and reliability of the App.
• To detect, prevent, and address security issues, misuse, or fraud.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Data Storage and Security

All user data, including authentication data, quiz progress, preferences, IP addresses, and study metrics, is securely stored using Google Firebase Firestore. Firebase provides industry-standard safeguards and security practices to protect stored data. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

User Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you may have the following rights:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
• The right to restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed toward individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
